7 Eleven Conversion Remodels
- Full front of house remodel work while stores remain open and in business. Work performed mostly at night to not interfere with customers.
- Erected dust tight barricades to separate the work areas from customer areas.
- Water filtration system and backflow preventer work at all drink, coffee Slurpee dispensers.
- Removal of all existing and installation of extensive new 7 Eleven cabinetry/Caseline package.
- Demolition and replacement of all ceiling lighting fixtures with new LED package.
- Remove and relocate all equipment including cappuccino machine, coffee brewer, slushie, etc.
- Install all new graphics package.
- Paint throughout sales area, common area and restrooms. Includes painting of all cabinetry.
- Remove and replace all fixtures and accessories in restrooms.
- Construct new Gypsum wallboard low walls.
- New floor tile work.
- Replace wall panels with FRP and other Wainscott panels.
