Pizza Hut Wing Street Remodel Work
All work at night and in the back of house. Removal, relocation and replacement of equipment throughout the kitchen. New kitchen layout with mostly new equipment to incorporate Wing Street business.
- Remove and relocate telephone and POS station.
- Install new POS stations.
- Disconnect, remove and relocate entire dish wash line. Plumbing sub contractor work.
- Installation of all new kitchen equipment with new plumbing and electric connections. Stainless steel work.
- Install fryers for Wings.
- Install new roof curbs and hood system for new deep fryers.
- Ansol fire extinguisher system relocation and installation work.
- Wall demolition and new wall construction. Relocate telphone and Fire alarm system panels.
- 14 projects in 2014 in partnership with 3D Construction, Inc.
